Summary: Great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: This is a great radio especially for the money!! I bought one 2 years ago and it is still going strong the only problem is my girlfriend likes to run and somehow she has now taken over ownership so I need to buy another one!! Heck at these prices I am going to buy 2 just to have a back up in case my son decides to borrow it !! All I can say is thank you emerson for making a quaility product at a great price. In this throw away world it is very refreshing to find a product that actually lasts!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Emerson Personal Radio
Review: This radio is terrible. It is very difficult to get reception in the health club, which I can accept. But even running outdoors I have difficulty picking up signals. It's small, which is nice, but it doesn't work very well.

Summary: Good quality radio considering the low price tag
Review: This raido is pretty good for what I paid for it .. The reception is good to fair and works well with strong signals. Weak stations and wireless health club "cardio theatre" systems are spotty. The headphones would not stay in my ears so I had to use another set I already owned. The unit has a belt clip and has changable face plates which are basicly useless. The belt clip does not hold on very tight, and the battery door can come open when using this raido while running or other jarring exercises. The digital tuner is nice and it does a good job of scanning for stations. The raido allows 10 presets and the largest button on the radio is for switching between these presets, so it is easy to tune in your favorite station by touch. The battery life is very good. I have owned the radio for 6 months now and there have been no problems or loss of performance. Buy this one if you want a decent radio for an affordable price, but spend a little more and get a little better one if you can afford it, especially if you are a runner.
