Memorex 80 Minute/700 MB 40X CD-R Discs (30-Pack Spindle)

Summary: Not good with my burner and software!
Review: Don't know why but it seems the CDRs with up to 16x compatibility don't work with my Gateway burner and Adaptec CD Creator. Tried TDK (up to 12x compatibile) and didn't have one bad. Also tried Prime and none worked.

Review: Got more "unexpected I/O errors" using these with my new Iomega Predator and CD Creator 4.02. What a waste of money.

Summary: Great Quality, Incredibley Reliable
Review: Out of this pack I think only about 1 or 2 cds gave me an error. The only fault I've seen in these, is that they scratch incredibley easy. Other than that they are great cds and greatly reliable.

Review: These are great CDs. I had no problems with them and they are great quality. They are better than any other brand that I have tried so far.

Review: These disks worked very poorly with my Sony cd-burner. I'd say that at least a third of the spindel had to be thrown away due to errors while burning. I couldn't burn a cd faster then 4X without these cds craping out on me. I've tried [other brands], and have been able to burn much faster and with fewer errors. I've also noticed that the music quality is pretty shoddy as well. All in all, these are terrible cd-r's....

Review: These Memorex CD's are extremely reliable and I have bought many spindles to keep my supply up. They almost all burn perfectly, although I've had an error or two so far. If you want a[n inexpensive] way to backup and distribute data, these disks are great!
