Summary: ARGH!!!
Review: ONE Star is for the dumba** that reviewed this for Amazon ... I couldn't give it NO STARS ... as far as for the radio its self ... that will have to wait ... I need to go shopping for batteries!!

I know the difference between AAA & AA batteries!! Amazon says it takes AA ... which was a big reason I purchased this radio. I have a lot of those batteries because a lot of things I have use that size. THIS RADIO TAKES AAA BATTERIES ... as far as how this radio works ... no clue I don't have that SIZE of BATTERIES! What the hell else uses these small batteries?? Leave it to some engineer type ...at least it doesn't use watch batteries.

Summary: A lot of radio in a small package.
Review: The best features of this radio are its highly sensitive AM "front end", the part that is responsible for the radio's sensitivity, which in this case is excellent, and its sound. For a small case, this radio has a very pleasing sound--not tinny, and much better than its slightly larger cousin, the DT200V. Minuses? Buttons could be arranged a little better (the bass boost probably doesn't have to be so prominent) and sound volume is a little too low on TV band.

Summary: Will wait and buy it again
Review: The previous models worked very well for me. I believe the good comments from previous reviews about this new model. The truth is that you can not find another radio with such many good features on the market.

However this new radio does not power on, no sound, no display. The radio has a very good design of style. I returned it. I will buy it again in a few months when the manufacture weeds out the infant mortality defect.

Summary: excellent value
Review: This is a great radio. I had earlier models of this radio for many years and I was pleased with them. When I first this new model, I was a little concerned. The radio looks flimsy at first, but I have used it daily for several months and it is more sturdy than I first thought. Also, unlike previous models from the same manufacturer which used an earplug with a "mini-plug" that was hard to find, this radio uses a regular earphone. It receives AM, FM, and the sound of TV channels 2-13. I use it all the time and am very pleased.

Review: This is a great radio. I was quite surprised at the reception and features. I've used the radio several times and it hasn't let me down yet. Now if only it could make my teams win!

Summary: Nice Radio
Review: This is a nice little radio. AM, FM and TV reception to boot.

Reception is great and having a PLL circuit sure beats my other analog radio.

Sound is good, but as another reviewer indicated, the volume on the TV side could be louder.

The FM sound is really nice. The DBB is a waste of time. If you use the included ear buds, you'll quickly saturate the earphones. As the manufacturer already states, using DBB with the speaker is useless. A higher end pair of headphones might help with this feature.

Overall, it makes a good buy for the price.

Summary: I like it
Review: This is a really great radio. It weighs no more than my old radio -- plus it has a built in speaker. It sounds great and I don't have the static problems my old one would give me. When I take it running I can clip it onto my water bottle belt and I don't even know it's there, or I can slip it into my running shorts pocket and the button lock switch keeps it tuned in and working great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone looking for a good, solid portable radio.

Review: This is an outstanding radio. It has the ability to pull in weak signals from distant stations better then any small radio I have ever owned.

Summary: Great little radio!
Review: This is the perfect little radio, folks. It is small and sleek, with nice features. The reception is VERY good. In fact, I have not been able to listen to my favorite radio program for a year, since I moved last year from the town that it is broadcast from 50 miles south of my new home. Now I am able to pick up the station (although I have to angle the radio just in the right place in the house). No other radio since has been able to do that.

You can even listen to local television broadcasts. The local television stations are extremely clear.

Great features on this slick little radio. I especially LOVE the little speaker on the front. It sounds fantastic! Great little digital display on front. Deep Base Boost (DBB) sounds fantastic.

I guess if there is one thing that I could say would have been a bit of an improvement would be to have a backlight on the digital display. But I'm not complaining. I love this radio!!

This obviously was a very well thought out radio by Sangeans. It has everything I was looking for in a pocket sized radio!

I am tempted to order another one.

Review: This radio has outstanding performance with a very good fm/am tuner and catches all fm stations clearly. I would recomond it highly.
