Summary: WOW What a great cam for the money!
Review: I am a professional photographer, ... when I bought this for my daughters birthday I thought it would be no more than a toy but it works great, the image quality is better than my $100 cam and the color balance is great too! You can not do wrong with this camera, I highly reccomend it. I also reccomend that you stay away from the terrible Creative webcams!

Review: I don't review alot of products here unless I love them or hate them. This one I hate.This camera puts out very blocky images. Take for instance you have a camcorder with a digital zoom. You zoom way in and the image looks blocky and hard to read. Well, thats what youre gonna get with this camera. If you take a 640X480 snapshot, get ready for dissapointment. All images and video is blocky with bad color. I changed every setting there is, and nothing gets better. On the other hand, the Intel Deluxe USB camera is wonderful. Please save your time and spend the extra $... for a camera 1000 times better than this one. It provides near crystal clear images and speed. Ryan

Summary: easy to set up, but the pictures are bad
Review: I got this with my computer and used it for about a year until I got a new camera. This camera was easy to set up, but the picture quality is horrendous. If picture quality isn't a big deal to you, the Intel Easy PC Cam pack will work for you; but if you like having quality images, save your money and invest in a better webcam (like the Intel Pocket PC Cam).

Review: I love this camera! Let me start by saying that I have had expiriences with other PC Camera's under 100$, and they were all dissapointments. This was the only Camera I was satisfied with (at that price), and I'll tell you why. With other camera's the lighting was always off. For instance if a light in the room was on, then the camera would appear very bright, and if it was dark in the room, You couldn't see anything. Although with this camera it uses new lighting technology, so that it senses the light in the room, and workes with it so that you get the best lighting you can get, and I think that that was the greatest advantage this this camera had over the others.

Summary: Very basic
Review: I received this free with Microsoft Office 2000. For a freebie, it's decent, but I wouldn't pay for it. The picture is small, and of bad quality. Sure, the camera is cheap, but the quality is really below average. I have trouble with the colour - it can vary between very dark to very light (without changes in the light of the room!) and sometimes has a green or blue tinge. If I were you, I think I'd save up some more and buy one of a bit better quality. The Intel Pocket PC Camera Pack may cost more, but it is definitely of much better quality.

Summary: Great bang for the buck
Review: If you can find one of these you won't be disappointed. The video is crisp and clear and, unlike some webcams, sending video does not slow your computer to any noticeable degree. Installation is simple and the swivel mount makes aiming easy. One small problem - the camera does not work with CUSeeMe software for some reason. But it works great with NetMeeting, Paltalk, Yahoo, ICUII that I know of. They are tough to find - don't know if they are out of production or what. Far better than several others I've tried.
