Summary: May be good for basic users
Review: While I had better luck with the support department than Henry, It was determined that I could not use Nortel's extranet VPN client. Other problems I saw was a limitation to how many ports you could open up (16 max). So if you need 2 ports open on 9 PC's, you're "doomed" even though it will support 32 pc's. I ended up returning mine and ordering a Linksys which my IT department states will work with my VPN.
