Summary: Works great with XBOX!!
Review: I bought this router so I could have the internet and XBOX Live running simultaneously. It took just a few minutes to set up, and was very simple. I would highly recommend it!

Summary: Very, very reliable device.
Review: I like to [critisize] Microsoft as much as the next person, but this router/switch works very well, and is easy to setup.

Though, initially, the firmware upgrade methods were rather tedious to apply, MS subsequently changed their web updates to include one which other manufacturers use, i.e. to download a firmware update file and apply it locally when convenient.

I'm very happy with this router and use it for a home network consisting of 2 notebooks (wireless) and 2 desktops sharing cable modem internet access. I use an SMC wireless access point as one of the "inputs" to this router.

Summary: Just the thing for XBox Live
Review: I was looking for a cheap router that was compatible with XBox Live, and this was it. I had it up and running with no problems whatsoever in about 10 minutes, and I've had flawless operation ever since. If all you are looking to do is share your high-speed internet connection between two pc's or with an XBox, then I highly recommend this product.

Summary: Very Easy to Use
Review: My home-network consists of 2 desktops and a notebook. I used to own a DLink 704P until it actually burnt out one day. Unlike the Dlink, the MS base station is by far easier to setup and configure. I just attached all the wires, ran the wizard on each computer, and my network was sharing the DSL connection. It also has a built in switch which allows for easy filesharing over the network. Which is especially great for playing multiplayer games, something which the DLink had much difficulty with. The computers were always able to detect each other in the multiplayer games I started. The included manual was very detailed and informative, versus the generic vague "we expect you to know this stuff" manuals I've encountered with other products. My only complaint is that there is no print server, otherwise it would have received 5 stars. Other than that, this is a perfect solution for your router/networking needs.

Summary: Suprisingly Easy to Use and Setup
Review: Once I took this out of the box, I was able to have a network up and running in 5 minutes. I was very suprised as to how easy it was to set up and allow all the computers on the network to share my cable connection. The included software makes everything very simple, and I would definatly recommend this to anyone who wishes to put together a small network in their house or office.

Summary: so so
Review: The installation was fine but when I wanted to network to another
computer the router turns off everytime the base computer is off.
So if I want to work on the second computer I first have to start
up the main computer then make sure the routing number is up and
working(lots of times is not) then go to the second computer to
work.

Summary: Easy to use
Review: This is an extremely easy device to set-up. The documentation is clear, and would make it very easy for even the novice to use. Also this is a very small device. You are able to stand it on it's side and and it takes up practically no space. You can't go wrong if you need this type of item.
I would also recommend, if you don't want to use or install the network card, the USB/ethernet adapter. It is another good ad-on.
Put your bad feelings toward MS aside, and give this a shot.
