Summary: A Few quirks
Review: This product is very ez to setup and get going. However, I have run into a few problems with it and Linksys has a very very weak web site for support and help. Using PC anywhere makes the whole LAN hiccup and can only be fixed by resetting or powering down the router. Also, enabling a port for the a SQL server made the client access to the internet disappear. There needs to be more support for this crafty product. As more and more people move to a home network, the questions will arise, and Linksys needs to have the replies and resolve. This is a good product, however, it is a little buggy.

Summary: BrainDead
Review: Installs great with a Static IP, DHCP or even PPPoE. The instructions are easy, it supports IPSEC pass-through, so you can VPN through it.

Great box, great price

Summary: No problem.
Review: Took a bit to get set up, but once set up it has worked flawlessly for almost 2months. Currently running a mac tower, PC laptop and Mac laptop. Just plug in the laptop and away you go.

Summary: Outstanding value for the money
Review: Worked flawlessly, even on my cheesy PPPoE DSL connection, the first time I hooked it up. The basic configuration should be fine for most home users, and the advanced configuration provides flexibility sufficient for the most complicated garage-based server farms.

It does what it says.

Summary: Love it!
Review: Well I don't have a cable or DSL modem yet, but right now I have the router uplinked to another Linksys switch giving me 9 ports. However, it looks promising.

Summary: No Exposure Picked Netgear rt314
Review: Given that I installed my netgear on my two computers
when the internet was hit by the (admin) nimadi virus and I couldn't get any connectivity, netgear was adequate with some more advanced firewalling capabilities than I expected. It worked and is cheap. I am online on two machines without worrying about details.

Summary: Poor quality, poor customer service
Review: Have owned two of these. Each broke down and have had a terrible time getting customer service to respond. The first one I sent in for repairs, when it came back, didn't work. Bought a new one to replace it while it was being repaired, it broke down too. Have been trying to contact customer service for 3 days now with no effect. Their customer service is terrible and quality of product is poor. I won't buy anything Linksys again.

Summary: Somehow managed to CRASH
Review: Works fine for a few minutes, but fails right after. It just crashes and doesn't do anything. Don't buy this.
