Summary: Working great for the money
Review: I have used for this card for more than 2 months without any problems. It always gives excellent singal and is capable of 128-bit WEP security. While this may be not the best card in the market, the price after rebate is an excellent value you can get (22mbs card is coming out and that's probably why rebate is offered). Plus the great tech. support from USRobotics, you won't go wrong if you need a budget wireless card.

Summary: Cannot recommend this product
Review: I purchased 7 USR wireless products almost a year ago, USR2410 (PC Card) and USR2415 (PC Card with PCI adapter). Within the first 4 months, 2 failed and in the past 2 months, 2 more failed. The failure seems to occur in the PC card itself (USR2410). I had a problem returning the first card, but each subsequent return has been uneventful. While USR seems to provide support, this doesn't fare well for cost of ownership and reflects poorly on the quality of these products. I've since switched to D-Link and have been much happier!

Summary: Not good at all, Don't BUY IT
Review: I was using D-link 650 at the library before. The signals was very strong on the first floor. But after installing the 2410, my laptop can't get any signals at all. All the emails sent to the customs service never got any satisfying answer. That's a really bad one. Don't buy it.

Summary: Make sure this card is supported
Review: If you intend to use this card with a particular network security application, please be sure to check to see if they support this card. At least one major wireless application does not support this card.

Review: In fact i am writing this review after hooked up this wireless card to my laptop. Please remember to download the latest drivers from site. USR.com

Summary: Doesn't work with Windows XP
Review: Like the previous reviewer, I bought this card for its great price and U.S. robotics reputation. Well, that reputation has sunk. This is the worst card I have ever experienced. No drivers for Windows XP. Sure, you can go to their website and get updated drivers, but Windows XP refuses to verify them for a reason -- They don't work. Bad support, bad card. Will not buy another U.S. Robotics product based on this experience.

Summary: It works fine
Review: My card is working with two access points, D-Link DI-614+ and Linksys BEFW11S4. 128 bit WEP is turned on. This card should be OEM of Prism2 from intersil.com. Linux support is not a problem (USR also provides the Linux driver). The reception range is fair.
I bought this due to the rebate. The final price is almost equal to the wired network card. If you don't wanna spend too much money but wanna get the reasonable performance, this is your choice.

Summary: card is ok...but worst support!
Review: The card itself is not so bad... It works well on my XP and my wireless router (dlink), but I could not get it to work with another access point. Well it happens, but the support is really bad! It's the reason I had to give it up. I tried to write them several times about the problem I have, but I never get any instructive answer. It took me almost a week to get this answer:

"Thank you for choosing U.S.Robotics.

USR would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this matter. We thank you for your patience. Additionally, we would like to thank you for taking the time to write, and for the constructive
criticisms that you extended. We value our customers and we would like to make your experiences with USR pleasant.

I would like to thank you for the opportunity to assist you. Should you require further assistance with your U.S. Robotics product, please feel free to contact us again.

Again, thank you for choosing U.S.Robotics."

They don't even have a toll free number. When I call the long distance number, I was put on hold for 20 minutes...so I hanged up.

One thing I learn is I will never buy anything from US Robotics again, regardless of their coupon!
