Intended for laptop and desktop users with limited USB ports, the UH104 USB Mini Hub lets you connect additional USB devices to your PC or Mac quickly and easily, and because it's plug and play, you don't even have to open up your computer. Ideal for travelers, the pocket-sized UH104 gets its power from your computer, so there's no need for adaptors or concerns about foreign voltage. The UH104 supports 1 upstream and 4 downstream ports, with data transfer rates of up to 12Mbps (100 times faster than regular serial ports). You can connect up to 6 Tiers, or add more USB hubs and connect up to 127 other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, modem, network adapter, webcam, digital camera, and much more. Additional features include supports of both Open Guaranteed Hub performance and Host Controller Interface (OHCI) and Universal Host Controller Interface (UHCI) to provide hardware compatibility with other USB hubs and devices. It supports full 12Mbps and 1.5Mbps devices, provides per-port over current detection and protection and per-port power ready and over current LEDs. The UH104 is wall mountable and hot swappable, measures 65 mm x 48 mm x 28mm, and weighs 122 g.
