Summary: Remarkable performance, small package
Review: Outstanding sensitivity and performance compared to other USB adapters I have tried and much better than my built-in mini-PCI card. Better SNR by up to 20dB, sees more APs. Utilities are very useful. Works with NetStumbler also. Installs easily under XP. D-Link support could be better, but few issues. Highly recommended.

Summary: Great product
Review: Very easy and super fast set up. Instructions are simple and concise. I installed it for an older Toshiba desktop (Celeron 466 MHZ), under W98SE, and it works flawlessly. It sits in a bedroom behind 2 closed doors and 3 walls with 2 large storage closets, and gets a strong signal (over 95%) from DI-713P, which is set up as an access point (infrastructure) with 802.11b. It probably would be even faster with another Airplus 22Mbps product. No configuration needed, and truly PnP and running in about 5 minutes. It supports 64/128/256-bit WEP, and carries a 3 years warranty. The price, with the current rebate, makes it an even greater value. What more can I say about D-Link that I have not said before!

Summary: great range ability and easy to use
Review: with the USB cable that is provided you can position this in the best possible position for the best wireless signal quality.
for example: if i was to place this adapter on top of my PC case I get 50%-60% signal strength, but if i put it on the top of my desk at a higher point away from electronics like my PC and my monitor i get 75-80% signal strength. The link quality is the same in either spot but that strength gets me an extra couple Mbps in transfer speeds.

this adapter was also very easy to install and get working. configuration is a snap and i'd bet most people find this very useful.
