Summary: Linksys is the best
Review: Setup my entire wireless network in less than 2 hours. Linksys products and service are the best. I had a problem Sunday evening at 5:30, called Linksys technical support and they answered within 1 minute and resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes. What service. The products was easy to install and works as specified. I have a 54 megabit connection between my two PC's located on the first and second floors. Highly recommend this product and all Linksys products.

Summary: Love it ! Easy set-up
Review: Before buying this, I read reviews saying that it was so hard to set up and this and that. But it took me 20-30 minutes and I was connected. All you need to do is follow the directions. 20-30 minutes for a network is nothing. Any piece of hardware usually takes significant time to hook up and get functional. This was no different. It works great, lightning fast, and I can't wait to get my print server hooked up too.

Review: When I bought this, I only got it because my network card in my laptop died, and I got one of the 54G wireless cards for that, I figured since my router is old too, why not replace it too? I did and got an awesome deal on it through amazon.com. set up is quick and easy, it is also backwards compatible with the 802.11b infrastructure, making it so you don't have to upgrade everything on your network whether it be one or onehundred computers.

Summary: Great Product and Installs easily
Review: I am running XP Professional and XP Home Edition on my pc's. I opened the box, inserted the cd that came with it and followed instructions carefully. The router installed correctly the first time and the software was installed on all computers with a problem.
Would recommend product to anyone.

Review: I purchased a Linksys Router and Notebook Card because I have a cable modem that is downstairs, but I use the computer upstairs. There is no jack upstairs and I didn't want to pay for one. This product works perfectly with no loss of speed. It allows me to take my notebook all of the house. Linksys' Tech Support ... to the max. I called them because I thought that I had a problem installing the software (Had I read the manual....). I was told that I needed to take the product back to the store because it was defective! I eventually, (you guessed it) read the manual, figured out the problem and it has been working very, very well. I'd recommend this product (Minus Tech Support) to anyone.

Summary: 2 minutes to get it working!
Review: It took me two minutes to connect WRT54G to BEFW11S4, assign IP, change mode from Gateway to Router, set encription. This is it! Now I have two wireless points for the both sides of my house. Great device! I love it!
I have laptops with Wireless B which easily detected and connected to the new wireless access point.

Summary: Great Product but watch out for the Cordless Phone
Review: This product worked as advertised. Setup was easy and straightforward. Performance of the wireless connection throughout my 2 story house and deck area is good, with wirelss speeds well above my DSL internet connection. Hardwired connection works great.One problem I've had is with my 2.4GHz cordless phone from Panasonic interfering with the Wireless connection. I have to disconect the power to the cordless phone to avoid interference/dropped connections. Linksys recommends selecting channnels to avoid conflicts, but the phone autoscans for the best channel...

Summary: Easy setup, works well
Review: The install CD worked great even though I was connecting through a router and that wasn't covered. It posted all the information to the router and all I had to do was access the router, click on PPOE connection, and enter my username and pasword. After that it was easy to change the wireless security settings in the router. I didn't have time to restrict the wireless connection to specific MAC address, though. Initially I got 80% signal on my laptop but a small change in antenna orientation boosted that to 100% send and receive. I'm happy with the router, happy with the ease of setup, and very happy that Linksys's power supply is not a "barnacle" and uses only a single plug in my powerbar.

Review: First, if you are thinking about going wireless, it is well worth the investment. I am writing this review on my back porch, and it is so nice to enjoy the fresh air while still working! Second, I highly recommend going Linksys. I am a computer programmer, but am by no means a network person. However, within minutes I was up and running and I am quite certain that anyone with moderate computer skills can get it up in the same time frame. I can directly contrast my experience with my boss's experience. She bought a Siemens, and in my opinion, it is far inferior to the Linksys. I helped her set it up, and it took me well over 2 hours to configure everything via their web functionality. Whereas the Linksys web functionality was straight forward and very slick. To sum, I highly recommend this product.
