Rating: Summary: This board has *huge* RAM issues Review: I bought this board when it first came out, because I wanted an Intel board with a decent onboard IGP. Since ASUS has a great reputation as a motherboard manufacturers, I didn't hesitate even though being new, it had few reviews or comments from other users. That turned out to be a big mistake. This board has *huge* RAM compatibility issues, and only accepts single-sided sticks of RAM. All 512MB modules are double-sided, which means that it's impossible to get a 1GB configuration to run reliably in dual-channel mode. And this seems to apply to all memory speeds, not just DDR400. I tried both a pair of Crucial DDR400 as well as a pair of Kingston DDR333, but both were a no go. Also, the BIOS has virtually no options, including no settings for DRAM timings and PCU speeds. Finally, support from ASUS is virtually non-existent. I highly recommend you to pick another board.
