Summary: Great board for the price!
Review: For the price, you can't beat this board. I have 512MB DDR, AMD 1800XP processor, ATI 8500DV all in one (AGP 4X),a 40 and 200 GB HDU (The 200 GB is for recording TV only). Also a 52X CD-R/RW and DVD-R/RW. I am running Microsoft XP Home. This board has USB 2.0 front and back, 100Base-T NIC, 5.1 sound and more. If your on a budget, this is the one! I have a home network and am connected to the Internet using a DSL service.

Summary: Company does not honor rebates!
Review: I bought several Soyo products having rebate offers from the company. I never received their rebate checks even though sometimes they acknowledged having received my rebate forms and they were valid.
