Summary: simply works fine with great features
Review: If you don't have a P4 2.8E Prescott CPU, it will work just fine. Can't beat this deal when you are looking for a motherboard which supports Hyper-Threading, Dual Channel DDR400, 800MHz FSB, Dynamic Overclock, etc.
Just be aware, if you do have P4 2.8E CPU, you need to flash the BIOS to latest version before it can boot up.That gave me a huge headache though. I have to borrow a lower level CPU from my friend to do the flash.
