Summary: Only missing one thing
Review: This Minidisc Player/Recorder has just about everything you would need in a Minidisc Player/Recorder ...and I'm speaking only to the general public...not you pro or wannabe pro recording artists :(0 The only thing that I think it could use is some sort of USB connector or something...for easy use with computers. Beside that, this thing is great...especially for the price.

Review: ok for true musiic lovers and for those of u who are always downloading mp3's u dont want this u want a minidisc player with mdlp (minidisc long play technolgy) it lets u play 5 hours of music per disc and sonys have longer battery life up to 63 hours check out the mz-r900dpc [...] it is top of the line but for the price if u are a true muic lover it is worth the price or if not get one of the lesser modelsthat they offer there or here

Summary: Extremely pleased with this purchase
Review: This player/recorder has terrific sound, lots of features, and is very simple to operate (you do, of course, have to read the book). You will wonder how on earth you ever got along without it. It's also an excellent value, especially since it comes with an optical cable for for digital signal downloading and a rechargable battery. Note: You will probably want to use your own headphones to really enjoy the sound, and if you require MDLP, 40-second shock protection (10 is more than fine) or illuminated displays, this is not your unit. Everyone else will be ecstatic. This thing just makes your eardrums swoon.... Wow!

Review: This MD player is excellent it suffices all of my recording, and playing needs. It has very simple and easy to understand functions. It also had a very attractive price. You will not be able to get a similar MD player with the same functions for anywhere close to this price. A great buy!

Review: i recently purchased one of these minidisk player/recorders and it was great for about the first month. After that it stoped recording and then stoped playing and then would not even read my disks. I strongly recomend that you do not purchase it Colin

Review: This minidisc was absolutely fabulous. The recording quality is terrific and it is easy to use. Shipping was only 2 days, and it came in perfect condition. One slight snag is that it does not have a search function, within tracks but that is easily compensated for by the multitude of other options available. Really good buy, especially for the price!

Review: this mini disk player works good as long as you are care full.
don't "beat it up" like i did. after a year of having it the stop button dosen't work any more.
p.s. i'd recomend a mp3 player only cause it dosent skip but i still like the quality sound it records better than a mp3 player.
