Antec SmartMedia PC Card adapter with PC Card Reader

Summary: Fantastic deal for a great product!
Review: This is by far the least expensive PC Card SmartMedia adapter that I have ever seen. I bought this card so that I could easily read SmartMedia cards on my Powerbook G4 running Mac OS X 10.2.1. The SmartMedia cards are used with a Fuji FinePix 1400 digital camera.

When I received the card I removed it from the packaging, inserted it into the PC Card slot on my Powerbook, and then inserted the SmartMedia card into the slot on the PC Card. The card mounted quickly on my machine, and displayed with a PC Card icon.

Importing all of the images from the SmartMedia card was quick and flawless. No software drivers to install. Nothing to configure. It just works!

If you need to read SmartMedia cards on a Powerbook, this is in my opinion the best option considering both price and performance. It doesn't get any easier than this!
