Summary: Deceptive advertising
Review: This modem will not work in my PC. The requirements from CNET, listed below, were not made clear up front. I have a slower Pentium without MMX capability (required for this modem to work). Had these requirements been made clear in the initial listing, I'd have looked elsewhere. Many people still run old hardware. These requirements should have been included in the ad....Minimum PC Requirement - IBM Compatible PC equipped with Pentium 233MHZ or higher
- PCI bus expansion slot
- Microsoft Windows 95/98, ME, NT, 2000, XP
- No Support for DOS or Win 3.1
