Summary: Avoid!!
Review: The modem that arrived looked nothing like the one pictured (it was only half as long). When installed in any PCI slot on my(highly reliable) 8KHA+ motherboard (Via KT266 chipset) it prevented the computer from starting. Dead. Nothing. No boot sequence. The computer just sat there.Pulled the Hawking out, replaced it with a Diamond SupraMax, and that modem immediately worked flawlessly.....

Summary: Uncompatiable with alot of systems also poor tech support.
Review: We have recently purchased the PN592 Modem. I am very unsatisfied with this product. I call tech support and they could not reslove my problem. It is uncompatiable with processors with MMX technology.
