Summary: Better than IntelliMouse!
Review: Better because the included software allows programming "wheel button" to several different specialized operations (Next Window is my favorite). 100% compatible with IntelliMouse. However, if you try use the Kensington software with a real IntelliMouse there can be problems using this feature because the wheel in and IM has weaker springs and you will inadvertantly press the wheel button over and over when you scroll. Better because it is a lot less expensive but constructed just a good.

Summary: Way to cheap
Review: This mouse worked very well for the first week, since then it has needed cleaning at least every hour. The scroll function is nice, though unreliable, half the time it does not work, or flies through ten pages before I can get it to stop. Don't waste your money here, spend the extra money, and get an optical.
