Summary: Best Mouse I've Ever Owned
Review: Out of all the mice I've ever owned, this one is, by far, the best. Having been the first mouse I've ever owned that did not need a ball, I was quite impressed by the smooth tracking of the laser-no more skipping mouse ball! Because I travel often to clients my "mousing surface" is not always my trusty clean and gel padded mouse pad... so, I used to have to clean the inside of my mouse every two weeks in order to keep the tracking smooth. It is nice not to have to do this anymore and I can even "mouse around" smoothly using my bed as my mousing surface when I am using my laptop in bed. Also, unlike most mice which are covered entirely by plastic, this mouse is a bit rubberized in two places which provides for an enjoyable tactile feeling... and as for some of the reviews which make comments about the "cool blue" light making your palm warm, this has never happened to me. Forget about all the other mice out there, get this one and you won't be disappointed.

Review: I love this mouse. The best thing I love about this mouse is that you never have to clean it. The mouse has a good look and feel for a right hander. I do recommend you use a mouse pad with it. After buying this mouse, I will never buy another mouse with a mouse ball.

Review: Logitech made this mouse great. It is ergonomically designed and setup was a breeze. The tracking couldn't be better, there is no mouse ball whatsoever. The scroll wheel is so convenient as well. However, if you are looking for the ultimate pointing device, go for the cordless optical mouseman - it's only $10 more and also a superb product with all the same features except it is cordless. USB connection is great for laptops, however I use the PS/2 port with my desktop PC. I have used both connection methods without a problem. No one should have ball mice anymore!

Summary: Ergonomic optical mouse that needs better setup.
Review: I've used both Microsoft's Intellimouse Optical and this mouse. The MouseMan Wheel Optical is superior. My hand is in a more natural position and the thumb button is better positions where it's both in the way, but not so much you find yourself accidently clicking it. This mouse would have 5 stars if I hadn't had to take 3 hours setting it up. The software that comes with the driver installtion doesn't seem to work as it should and it didn't recognize the mouse at all in the USB port. It's worked fine since I plugged it into my PS/2 port.

Summary: Excellent Mouse
Review: I have always had regular mice that have the hideous "ball" inside of them, and every TWO weeks guarenteed, I'd have to replace it, because I am a very heavy gamer. I use my mice up so quickly, they always break. Anyway, I decided to go with an optical one, but I couldn't decide on this one, or the Microsoft one, because a lot of the people were saying that they didn't like the drivers that came with this one. After receiving the mouse, just TODAY, I feel compeled to review it.First of all, I hooked it with through USB because my computer has 2 USB ports, and I had TONS of problems with it. The mouse would get "stuck" and wouldn't move, and then it would skip, and when you moved it slow, it would be even worse. After I read the reviews on here, I noticed that someone else was having the same problem but fixed it by connecting it through PS/2. I tried the same, and it fixed it. Now it works excellent. I would have given this mouse 5 stars, but since it does not work properly in USB, I have to give it 4 stars. Still, the way the pointer moves is much better than anything else I have ever tried. I hope this mouse last me for a long time.

Summary: Best Mouse Ever
Review: I use to use a Razer Boomslang 2000 mouse which cost 100 dollars. It was garbage, it started to stick after about 3 months of heavy gaming. What a waste of money. So I decided to get a new mouse, and I chose this one over the Microsoft because of what I read about the Microsoft and how it had problems. This mouse fits my hand like a glove, the light on it is cool, and it works just as well as my 100 dollar mouse in games. It is also very well built. I wouldn't hesitate to pick another one up. Great Product.

Summary: great mouse bad drivers
Review: The drivers for this sleek and comfortable mouse lack tremendously. In the past couple of months, I have constantly lost one or another function of the mouse at random. After updating the drivers many times and after reinstalling them I achieve full function but only for a short time. Now the question is why buy this mouse if you can't make use of all the functions?! Of course an optical mouse is a great improvement over the former mechanical ones, but you have alternatives to this specific one.I have purchased a similar product (an optical mouse) by Kensington and it works on pc as well as mac without problems and has as many programable buttons.

Summary: Rebuttal to Electronics Fan
Review: Although I agree with EF's conclusion: a wheel mouse is about as good as the optical mouse, don't be mislead by his knocks on the optical mouse. - While the Optical MouseMan Wheel (OMMW) mouse does have a glowing tail light, it does not "warm up" the mouse at all (not at least while using your hand as a thermometer). - Moving the mouse fast only moves the cursor faster (as expected). It does not cause the cursor to jump as EF suggests. - The OMMW does have finer resolution than its wheel counterpart, but I don't think its higher resolution will be noticed by most users. - Optical mice DO NOT require friction to operate, roller mice do. You can slightly lift an optical mouse from the mouse pad and it will continue to work w/o friction. They do require a surface that will provide a moderately diffuse reflection. A mirror will not make a good mouse pad for an OMMW. If you don't like cleaning your mouse's ball and rollers, get an optical mouse.
