Summary: Ideal
Review: I think this mouse is really good, however it has ONE downside so far..

Alt & Tab (one of the 2) cannot be manually assigned to it's custom buttons, this isn't important for anyone but hard core gamers though.

As for artists in photoshop.. I wasn't able to figure out how to get the middle button to move the screen around yet so it may or maynot be able to use that ability.

These 2 things I mention were seen in the first grey edition of this mouse as things that could be done.

Overall I am still very happy with the mouse I still encourage anyone to buy it as I am very sure there is an update for the mouses software that would re-allow these abilities for the mouse, so still buy it and try it =)

Summary: It's nice, but takes getting used to.
Review: This is quite a nice mouse. I switched over from an earlier wired intellimouse, so the change wasn't all too dramatic, but it certainly took some getting used to.
Having it be wireless was quite nice. I had trouble with my wire getting caught in several places on my desk, so having no wire is pretty handy.
The smooth scrolling wheel is very nice for most applications you use for viewing or typing [Word, the Internet, scrolling through music], but it is very hard for games. I play counter-strike, and when switching weapons, I am used to feeling a click in my middle finger. Without the resistance, it was pretty hard to select a weapon correctly. Yet, besides gaming, the smooth scroll is nice.
The forth and fifth buttons, generally used for back and forward in your web browser, are set very high, as compared to other intellimouses. My hand fits very well into its design, but when I need to use the extra buttons, I have to remove my thumb from its happy and comfortable position and move it up to reach them. Its not a huge hassle, but a concern if you are even more lazy than myself.
This is a fine product and is well worth the money. It fits my medium-sized hand very well and allows for clean and easy movement. Overall, a great mouse.

Summary: LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!
Review: This is the first time that I had used a wireless mouse, but I would never go back to using a corded mouse again! My corded mouse would always get caught on something each time I used it. Thanks for the technology of today!
