Summary: Best Mouse I Have Ever Owned
Review: By far, this mouse is the best I have ever had in my life! Not only have I never had a problem with it, but I also love the ergonomic shape and the programmable side buttons. I would DEFINATELY recommend this mouse to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new mouse. NEVER AGAIN will I go back to those old mechanical mice! My old intellimouse was always getting clogged with dust, but I have never had to clean this one (there is no reason to; it does not collect any dust because it is not mechanical)! Definately, get this mouse!

Summary: Microsoft's Best Product!!!
Review: Once you go optical, you'll NEVER go back to using those clunky and dirt magnetizing balls and rollers on traditional mice. This is one of those products that you have to experience to believe, because I held off a couple of months before I picked one of these optical mice up because I thought "c'mon, my mouse right now is so smooth!"

Well, guess what? I was wrong. The way this mouse tracks is absolutely incredible. This is microsoft's best product, hardware OR software.

A side note, for some reason, the optical eye has difficulty with standard cheap-o desk paneling as a tracking surface. I usually tape a piece of paper on the desk as a mousepad. I take notes on it too, but that might just be quirky.

Summary: Optical Mice Are the best
Review: Get rid of your mouse pads and never pull out a pencil eraser again to clean the trackbars inside your mouse.

I thought that an optical mouse would still need a few more years development to be viable, but you can't get any better than this. I must disagree that this isn't the mouse for games. I have never had smoother performance.

I can't wait for the wireless optical.

Summary: What a mouse!!
Review: Finally, no more getting stuck with a stupid mouse ball, well worth the money!! I have had it for 6 months now and the only complaint is that I could not get it to work under Linux (but what can one expect, they might have done it deliberately). I use it for gaming a lot, no probs. Easy to aim now. I recommend that u get this, and it has a nice fell and shape. But now that logitech have an optical mouse for less maybe one should look into that. I love my mouse and it sure does pack a punch!!

Summary: EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Review: THE MOUSE PERFORMS LIKE AN EXTENTION OF MY HAND WITH LITTLE OR NO MAINTENANCE KEEP IT CLEAN AND IT WORKS GREAT!!!

Summary: This mouse will save your hands and wrists!
Review: I spend several hours a day in front of a computer and most of the time my hand is on a mouse. It seems silly trying to save money on something I use so often. That is why, I wanted to buy the best available mouse. Since my right hand hurts after using conventional mouse, I also wanted a mouse that is symmetrical, in other words, the one that works for both hands. Intellimouse optical is terrific! It does not need a pad, it is very precise and extra buttons help a lot. You can plug it into USB port for Windows 98 and higher (Caution: if you use Windows 95, then you have to plug it to "usual" mouse port, but it works there as well). I only wish Microsoft make their software as good and reliable as their hardware.

Summary: What you see is what you get.
Review: I think this mouse is one of the best one's out there. It is good if you just wanna surf the net because it has one of those scrolly things, so you can go up adn down a page with no problem.

This mouse is also very usefull if you like to play FPS(first person shooting)games, Because you can set the speed of the mouse to hi, so it is very sensative.I play cs and quake and when i put it one a hi speed i got at least a better score than before it.

Another good thing about the mouse is that its compatible with windows and mac OS, and it comes wit a attachment that lets you put it on your computer even if you don't have a USB port.

I think the best part of the mouse is that theres 5 buttons, and it lets you choose what function you want each button to serve so this is usefull for doing multi tasking.

This is just a really good mouse...

Summary: Buy the $29 Version
Review: Quick Tip: You might be tempted to think that you have to drop 50-70 clams for an optical mouse, but it ain't so. My two-button Microsoft optical IntelliMouse with a scroll button cost me only $29. It seems that the four-button version is widely advertised, but the little-known basic two-button version is also available. I've used it almost 10 hours a day for one solid year, and it still works like new. Better than any ball mouse. My son has the pricey four-button optical mouse, and he loves it, too. Optical is the way to go.

Summary: Will never go back to track balls again!
Review: I was a little hesitant about this because of the price, but it was money well spent. No more cleaning track balls!! Way better performance than a regular mouse too. Easy to install and the adapter that comes with it is a nice little bonus as not everyone likes to use USB. Hook this baby up and try out some Quake III or equivalent and you will see just how good it really is.

Summary: I really liked it until it broke... Twice.
Review: I am a VERY heavy computer user, and leave my computer on 24x7 (as many of you surely do). I loved this mouse except for its ocassional tendency to jump to one side of the screen, but when it wasn't doing that it was the best tracking mouse I have ever used. But, when my second one broke I decided to go back to my old standard Microsoft ball mouse. I dont' know if I just had bad luck, but I would recomended it if mine hadn't broken. I guess my final comment is, happily purchase at your own risk. Good luck.
