Summary: Avoid this mouse and its maker!
Review: Anko claims that this mouse is Mac-compatible, which is only partly true. The included CD does not include a driver for Mac, and when I emailed the company, they directed me to shareware drivers, for which there is a fee, and when I tried one (USB Overdrive), the mouse only worked as a normal one-click mouse, and the scroll button didn't work. The much-vaunted vibration effect was completely absent. The other alternative offered by the company was to return the mouse.
In addition, I bought the mouse as part of a full-rebate offer in September. It is now late January, and I still have not received my check. A look at their web-page reveals that no one has received a check for this rebate yet.
To sum up, buy Anko and AVB products at your own risk!

Summary: the cord is too short!
Review: for this mouse, you have to connect it to the usb port and soundcard audio out port. after i plugged the mouse to the USB port, i tried to connect the other terminal to the sound card audio, i find the cord is simply too short. i can by no means connect the audio out and USB at the same time! (I use a laptop computer) what can i do to make full use of this interesting mouse? has anybody experienced this?

Summary: REBATE IS A LIE !!! Company is dishonest !!
Review: I am one of the many customers who got tricked out of the rebate by American Anko. The mouse box has TWO identical bar codes that both look exactly like UPCs. There is no way to tell which code is UPC and which one is EAN. If you send the wrong code, you will NOT get your rebate. I am pretty sure that this is done INTENTIONALLY to confuse the customer and NOT pay the rebate.

I was able to get a partial rebate for this mouse product since they said that I sent the wrong UPC code. I had to make a number of calls to convince them that there is no way one can determine what is UPC code and what is EAN code.

I hope all the people who got tricked by this company speak up and post their comments about this company. I am planning to write a letter to AMAZON as well as the BBB. If we let these things slide, companies like American Anko will continue cheating on us. If you need more proof that this company is tricking people out of their rebates, read the REBATE thread on the ANANDTECH FORUM.

I also saw in one of the reviews that the "real" UPC is covered up with another sticker, so you MIGHT not even see it!

I recommend that you NEVER deal with this company!

Summary: Not a bad mouse....
Review: I bought this mouse because with the rebate, it was free. I'm not a big fan of the vibrating aspect -- I tried playing an audio CD while working and the cursor just bounced all over the place -- but my son likes it when he plays his games. So when I use it I just turn off the vibration. It is a little heavy, but who's picking it up? I prefer the term "solid". It seems to work very well with my favorite time-wasting game, Snood, so I give it an OK rating. Actually, I'm not on the computer that much, but for my limited use, it seems to work well enough.

Review: I have problem using Vibration Mouse with Mac. No support available too.

Summary: vibbbrrraaaates
Review: I just got the mouse few days ago and experienced its vibrating power. It's a good mouse (with good USB driver, available on Win 98/ME CD and manufacture driver). It has vibrating control so you can adjust the vibrating intensity. It feels like MS Intellimouse and will pretty much do what MS Intellimouse does. However, after prolong use, my hand began to feel funky(?) and I ended up turning the vibrating intensity to off or very low. If you have arthritis, I recommend that you do not use it. Also, keep in mind that when the mouse vibrates so does the mouse pointer.
