Summary: Exploding Mouse
Review: Like others who've written reviews, I went through an unbelievable amount of batteries. I use my machine a couple of hours a day and probably changed the batteries two or three times a month. Last weekend I changed the batteries and after about an hour of use, one of the batteries exploded and the crackling noise coming out of the mouse was audible for about 30 minutes. I figured there was a problem with one of the batteries so I put in two more fresh AAs ... 30 minutes later, another explosion. I'm going back to my wired, trackball mouse.

Review: My neighbor picked this mouse up at Target for $20 for use on his PC that resides in his room. Well the mouse would only work about 3-4 feet from the base so I was like, "Why not add a larger antenna? It's RF (Radio-Frequency) afterall..." So he agreed. We used his AM antenna loop that came with his stereo and soldered to the two wires to different points on the original antenna loop. (NOTE: The original loop is integrated into the circuit board... Some scratching the mask off to expose the copper is needed for this mod) We then proceeded to test out the new antenna and the mouse worked a good 20 feet away from the base... So for $20, an AM antenna loop, some soldering skill, and a little time, we had a top performing mouse!

BTW, you must use an AM antenna as it is tuned to the same freq. the mouse uses. We tried a piece of wire and it did nothing because it wasn't tuned to the proper freq.

Can you tell I'm 15? Key word is,"And I was like"... I believe it's known as uptalk...

Review: The advertisement says it uses the most advance radio technology, well they have some major bugs to work out before the "most advanced' technology works. This mouse frozen my PC every time I booted it AND the RF would not even go through 1/2 inch wood desk with glass top. What a joke, because the manual suggests that you mount the receiver UNDER your desk. LOL. Just reinstall my Logitech cordless ball mouse and back up and running. Save yourself the time and money and look at some other optical.

Review: The side buttons are hard to use, because it's hard to press on one of them without pressing another button at the same time. The mouse goes into power savings mode after 1 second of inactivity, giving a very slight but noticeable delay before the pointer will move. After 15 seconds, the delay is even longer and more noticeable and annoying, and after 1 hour, you have to click a button to wake the mouse up. The motion seems to be jittery occasionally, and it's hard to adjust the pointer to a satisfying speed and acceleration. It's either too fast or too slow. On the plus side, the scroll wheel is quiet and has a nice feel to it. Spend an extra 20 bucks and avoid the annoyances.

Summary: Good for the money!
Review: There are quite a few wireless mouse options on the market, but this package is all inclusive, even batteries! I haven't experienced any problems so far and it basically installed itself on my computer. I've seen some of the other, pricier versions on my friends computers and they seem to react a bit better, but the difference is negotiable.

Review: This is a cheap optical mouse. It froze my computer so many times that I gave up and reverted back to a regular mouse. Strong 'do not buy'!!!

Summary: Good buy for the price
Review: This is a great mouse for the price being optical and wireless. I see others complaining about the wake up time after not using it for a while but come on it runs on batteries you have to conserve them. Also, I thought others would like to know that even though it is made for Windows, it works quite well on Mac OS X 10.2.5 with no drivers.

Review: Used this mouse w/Win98 and XP on two different PC's. Worked great on both, been running over a year w/heavy gaming use - C&C, RC Tycoon etc. and no problems. Major downside is it eats AA batteries very quickly.
