Summary: I hate to admit it, but...
Review: This works really well. The keyboard and mouse are quite ergonomic. Since I'm anti-Microsoft, it's hard for me to admit that these gizmos actually work as advertised. The keyboard, especially, is perfect for a touch typist. The six foot range is a little overstated, but that's forgiveable. I can't exactly read text on my 19" monitor from six feet away, anyway. I found that the recommendation in the user manual to keep the receiver away from the monitor is a little over cautious. In fact, in my configuration, the receiver works best placed next to my monitor. Likewise, the user manual also recommends that the PS/2 connection should be used instead of the USB connecter if possible. I have no problems with the receiver being connected to a USB 2.0 port. I'm very happy with these input devices and I'd give it five stars if the user manual wasn't so misleading.

Summary: Almost as useful as a wired keyboard
Review: Very poor reception. Anymore than a few inches from the receiver and the keyboard and mouse simply stop working. If there are any obstacles between you and the receiver, forget it.

When it responds, the optical mouse works more like a gunked up ball mouse (if that well). Poor design, poor product.
