Summary: Good combo & good price...
Review: This is a good combo and a great price.

I love the keyboard, it has that "Darth Vader decoration look" - pretty cool!

The "F" buttons make a lot of actions and folders in your computer easily accessible.

I think one of the best features is the "Ctrl" action buttons, which allow you to mark-copy-paste items that you cannot do with the "right click" from the mouse.

Speaking of the mouse.... I'm not terribly impressed with it. It is functional but very, very slow (on occasions), I have tried to "tweak" it using the Logitech menus but still I don't feel comfortable with it.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the mouse.

Overall, I recommended it.

Summary: One Nice Keyboard
Review: I don't normally write reviews, however this is one very exceptional product. The instant e-mail, My music, and other Hot Keys are great time savers ( I could really get spoiled). The over all design of the keyboard and wireless mouse is very attractive and comfortable to use. Thanks Logitech for another great product. I would also like to thank Amazon.com for thier user friendy ordering and the speed of the delivery. The shipping was free, and came faster than most paid for shipping. I will certainly use Amazon again, Keep up the good work ! EL

Summary: Just the best...
Review: This keyboard/mouse combo does everything you need and more.

The keyboard is the best out there. Great to type on and all the features you could want. I'm a computer consultant and probably have typed on every keyboard out there and this one is vastly superior. The key action makes typing a breeze and the keyboard is laid out well. Tons of great features like the media control center w/volume control, a scroll wheel, 9 programmable buttons that you can program to do anything you want, etc.

The lack of a caps lock indicator on the keyboard seems to be a problem as 1st, but since you can set the software to display "CAPS LOCK ON" (or off) in big letters on the bottom of the screen for a few seconds when you hit the caps lock, it's not really a problem. And, there is a caps lock indicator on the reciever. They probably didn't put the caps indicator on the keyboard because it would drain the batteries.

The mouse is heavier than a cordless mouse, but oddly enough, if you want to do precision pointing (on a graphics program or somesuch) this helps, since it's not so light and doesn't jeark around as much. However, because of the curved shape of the mouse, our clients that are left-handed simply can't use the mouse comfortably. If you are left-handed you are going to hate the mouse. The mouse is a 4-button mouse. If you need a 5-button mouse, this mouse it not for you.

You simply can't run the keyboard or mouse with low batteries, as you will have all sorts of problems. The best solution is to use rechargable batteries.

It is suggested that you download the current drivers for the keyboard and mouse,... and the current drivers give you significantly more options.

Finally, besides being very impressive for it's ease of use and features, they simply look sharp as heck. Plus, with the rebate, you are getting the best cordless combo at about the same price that you would pay for a basic corded keyboard/mouse.

Summary: Please don't waste your money
Review: I recently bought this item and found that the keyboard and mouse works only when positioned in a certain direction. Not only does it not work a few feet away but you have have to hold it in a particular position. You will be much better off with your wired keyboard and mouse.

Summary: Logitech Cordless Elite Duo
Review: I like this combination of wireless keyboard and optical mouse. It is much more convenient than my old keyboard and ball mouse were. They keyboard did not allow much movement around the room, and same goes for the mouse. Now, I can relax in bed while fragging people on counterstrike -_-. I wish the mouse had a built in li-ion rechargeable batter like the mx700 though, so i wouldnt have to change batteries. I've had the unit for 2 weeks so far, and have not had to change the batteries yet. I think that logitech should offer to sell their wireless optical keyboard and mouse separately because I would have bought the keyboard and the mx700 separately for the rechageable factor and coolness factor =). Overall, I am very happy that I made this purchase which has given me more desk space when i need it for studying etc. by easily moving the keyboard/mouse.

Summary: It works at least.
Review: The cordless portion of this product set works fine most of the time although there has been a couple times I had to resynch it.

The keyboard is rather clicky and annoying if you have to listen to someone else typing on it. It feels okay if you are typing on it yourself.

I don't use the mouse anymore. I use a Logitech wireless trackball (which I love). A nice thing is that I could the their trackball with the keyboard/mouse receiver without adding a second receiver.

The added control buttons are nice. I like the volume control wheel better than +/- buttons for volume.

I thought I'd like the left hand wheel but in reality, I almost never use it.

Overall, its fine but I'm not thrilled with it. I probably wouldn't buy it again but don't mind having it around.

Summary: Cordless Keyboard + Cordless Mouse = Big Mess
Review: Do not buy this product. (1) They consume alota batteries to maintain. (2) Slow respond because the signal from the mouse and keyboard has to be sent via signals. (3) Sometimes the signals interfere with each other and cancel each other out, meaning if you are playing a game, you cant click fast or type alot at the same time or even in realatively the same time. Conclusion: Stick to cords and dont even bother with Laser mouses they suck too. This product is wack.

Summary: a great combo at a great price
Review: I am totally satisfied with this product. The great price ($ 50.00 with rebate) made it a great deal. I know some people commented that they wanted a caps lock key light, but this probably isn't practical with a battery powered keyboard. With the I-touch utilities installed, at least it flashes the status of the caps lock key whenever you press it. My only complaint about the keyboard and mouse is that I wish I bought it sooner.

Summary: The Best keyboad and mouse
Review: The keyboard has cool shortcuts like email, messenger, webcam, search, shopping, favourites, myhome, media, mute, volume control, scroll, back on the browser, go on the browser, play stop forward rewind stop cds, the function keys have there own shortcut keys defined what more can you ask. Other than all the shortcut features its cordless, the cordless feature is also amazing. You dont have to be in the angle of the receiver. The mouse is cool, good control. The keyboard is slim and light. And as usuall logitech has its superb quality of the product. The look of the keyboard is also cool. Overall the product is the best.

Summary: Good product except for the mouse
Review: The keyboard works well, BUT like a lot of other reviewers, the mouse feels really cumbersome and big (to fit the batteries ofcourse). I would prefer to use another logitech optical mouse that is smaller in size though I use that for my other computer. I also noticed that I go through the batteries really fast, although of late its been better (every 10 days). I am not sure if I have a faulty mouse but keep a good number of batteries (rechargeable) handy for this puppy. All in all, if the mouse were better I would recommend this product.
