Summary: Keys Wear Out Quickly
Review: I have this keyboard, and I was here looking for a new one because the one I have is wearing out. If you use certain keys a lot, for instance the control key for your keyboard shortcuts, the keys wear out really fast and they start sticking. My control key only lasted 5 months, (I bought it 5 months ago) and now I have to push it really hard to get it to respond, and it sticks horribly.

Summary: Great keyboard! Best tactile feedback ever!
Review: I love this keyboard and I use it one at work and at home! A clean, traditional key layout with shortcut buttons that actually work thanks to the excellent Intellitype software. The key response is the best I've used since the old IBM keyboards of the 1980's. The keys are solid, stiff and emit a nice tactile click when you press them. You won't find any keyboard flex or mushy/spongy key response that you'll find in some of the cheaper, no-name keyboards you can buy [elsewhere] for [less]. Microsoft has done their homework with this one!

The included wristrest completes this great setup. If you're looking for a basic keyboard and don't require dozens of quickstart keys or the latest RF/wireless model, you'd be hard pressed to find anything better than this one. Take it from me, I use mine all day at work and at home on my own PC!

Summary: A good buy...
Review: I've had this keyboard for about a year, so far, and have had NO problems with it at all. It's priced just right and works to satisfaction. There's nothing fancy about it, but it's a wonderful keyboard to have and use.

Summary: Great, Durable Keyboard
Review: I've used just about every keyboard on the market, but this one is certainly my favorite. I've got four of them... two at work and two at home. They never seem to wear out like other keyboards and take a considerable beating. Once, a coworker was helping me move my desk and put my keyboard on the floor. He began picking up the monitor (a 17"), but it slipped out of his hands and landed on the poor keyboard. A dozen keys shot off and the little 'feet' on the bottom of it snapped out. That was six months ago... that same keyboard is still in my office and working PERFECTLY. You can't beat that.

Summary: A nice budget-priced Internet keyboard
Review: My cheap old keyboard had bitten the dust, and I wanted to get a cheap replacement. I did a little research, and found that this Microsoft Internet keyboard had a lot of nice feature at a price under $20 bucks. I bought it, and I'm glad I did. This is the most comfortable and functional keyboard I've used. It even beats the new HP keyboard I got at work with my new Vectra PC there. That HP keyboard may have more features, but this MS keyboard is much more comfortable to my hands, with the built-in wrist rest, and the quick access buttons.

This is a bargain at this price, despite what some other penny pinchers might say.

Summary: REVIEW FOR INTERNET KEYBOARD PRO VERSION
Review: One of things I like about reviewing is I get to choose what products to review. I am a big fan of Microsoft so reviewing this product was easy for me. The Internet Keyboard Pro is my keyboard of choice bar none!

The keyboard has both the PS/2 and USB adapters, also the keyboard has a USB port so that you can add other USB devices to it. The software that comes with the keyboard is both Windows (X and 2000 compliant and the installation was a snap.

You have button to automate the getting of mail, search the net, bring up the calculator and put the keyboard to sleep and you can configure the buttons to meet your needs. The lightweight, easy to maneuver and easy touch keys also make this an attractive buy.

The only thing that Microsoft may want to do is make this a cordless device and that would make this the complete item. Also Microsoft has other keyboards available, so spend some time checking out the Microsoft Website. This keyboard is priced to fit every budget and overall rates high marks!

Summary: Review for Internet Keyboard Pro
Review: The only difference between the Internet Keyboard and the Internet Keyboard Pro is the addition of two USB ports on the back of the keyboard to make adding/removing USB peripherals (provided they are low power or self powered devices) a breeze. I personally love this feature, which is why I opted for the Pro version, but either is quite commendable.

The best feature is the customizeable hot keys and a slew of Internet and Media hotkeys. If you freqently use a few programs (Personally, I'm always firing up Windows Explorer repeatedly) the one button approach saves extra clicks. The media player controls are also quite nice, and allow you to quickly adjust volume, stop, pause, and skip to the next/previous track on many programs, including Windows Media Player (of course) Win Amp, and some other popular players.

I depart from my usual frugal ways with this item, as it is a little more pricey than cheaper alternatives, especially if all you need is a basic keyboard, but I feel that the convienence features do justify the cost.

Summary: Web/Home Button
Review: The web/Home button won't work well with AOL.
