Summary: Really nice Keyboard
Review: The Logitech Internet Navigator is a really nice keyboard, but a bit on the big side. I have used it with Windows XP, and Linux (The special feature keys don't work with linux). Having the scroll wheel on the keyboard is a great feature. Another nice feature is the volume control.

Summary: great keyboard
Review: This is a great keyboard. Very quiet. I haven't had any problems except when I hit return, sometimes I accidentally hit the "\" key. But that's no big deal. Keyboard's definitely worth the money.

Summary: Great Keyboard, but beware of spyware
Review: This is a great, solid keyboard with all your main programs and websites available at the touch of a button. It is a real time saver, and it has a very intelligent layout. You can also use it to control you multimedia software, including volume, ff, rewind, etc.

Beware when installing this software that the Logitech control center installs a spyware program called Backweb Lite. Backweb is used to send information about you to companies that then send you advertising without your knowledge. This program can be blocked from accessing the web with firewalls such as Internet Security, or better yet, it can be removed completely with the free program called Spybot Search and Destroy. Removing this program has absolutely no effect on the performance of the keyboard. So if you value your privacy, make sure you take the proper precautions.

Summary: Excellent
Review: This is a wonderful keyboard. It just, "feels" right. However, it's a large addition to the desktop and may prove unwieldy. Yet, it's still a good deal and definitely worth a try.

Summary: One of the best Keyboards I have ever used
Review: This is by far an excellent keyboard. When I go to get a keyboard, I am in it for the comfortability. Not extra buttons and such. This keyboard for me, is extremly comfortable. It also has a convinient scroll wheel on the left hand side. A great keyboard. However, Logitech does have some much nicer keyboards on the market now. This is quite an old keyboard. Still a good one though, especially for extras. If you are in it for pure comfortability, go with one of the newer ones. If you are in it for pure extras, deffinetly go with this. Overall, a great keyboard. 4 out of 5 stars. Marked down one star for not being completely comfortable.

Summary: Beware the F-Lock
Review: This is the Microsoft Word equivalent of a keyboard - tons and tons of features, most of which you'll never use. And like Word's Office Assistant, some of the features are downright annoying. And unlike Office Assistant, you can't turn them off. My biggest gripe is with the automatic override of the function keys. By default, all function keys are mapped to some macro such as opening "My Computer" or "Send". This functionality is toggled by a hard button called F-Lock, however, the default for the F-Lock is off (enabling the macros) and there's no way to make it default to on.

In theory, you can override this behavior through the iTouch software, but that only works for single keystrokes. In other words, you can override the functionality of the F4 key, but not Alt-F4 which I use constantly. You HAVE to turn the F-Lock on to re-enable that functionality and you HAVE to do it every time you reboot.

Another minor annoyance is the presence of a suspend button on the keyboard. On more than one occasion I've shut down my computer on accident when a book leaned up against the keyboard.

On the plus side, I do have to admit that I'm addicted to the extra buttons which I've mapped to my webmail server and daily read sites. The programmability of these buttons is a very smart move.

Summary: Works great with OSX Jaquar - Cheers to Logitech
Review: Works great. This is an excellent keyboard. It has a very nice touch. And the software makes it completely programmable. I have it programmed to go directly to my bank's website so I can get to my online banking quickly with just one button. I have 2 of these, one for each ibook (500 and 800). With my Logitech Optical Marble Mice, I can turn my ibooks into desktops with ease.

This is great equipment and I am very impressed with the support Logitech has given Mac, at least in the area of OSX. Be sure to get the latest update at their website. I don't believe it is supported in OS9 but you'll have to check on that.
