Summary: EXPLORER MOUSE BY MICROSOFT
Review: I AM A AUTO CAD DRAFTMAN. I USE A MOUSE 8 TO 10 HRS A DAY. I THOUGHT I WOULD BUY THIS MOUSE BECAUSE OF THE RIGHT-UP. BUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MOUSE IS NOT GOOD. I HAVE NEVER BROUGHT BACK ANYTHING I HAVE BOUGHT FOR MY COMPUTER, BUT THIS MOUSE IS GOING BACK TOMORROW. ANYONE WHO USES A MOUSE FOR HOURS ON END WILL SOON FIND OUT THIS MOUSE IS HARD ON ONE'S HAND. THE ACTION IS NOT SMOOTH AT ALL, AND HARD TO CONTROL IN PRECISE POINTS. I AM GOING BACK TO THE OTHER LEADING BRAND OF MOUSE TOMORROW.FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WILL PURCHASE THIS DEVICE....GOOD LUCK

Summary: A fine mouse but too pricey
Review: I won't pull punches, the mouse is great. I delivers on just about all of it's advertised features. Of course it still won't work perfectly on every surface. Felt mouse pads are still the best. But I honestly don't think all those nifty features make it worth nearly three times the price of your standard mouse

Summary: Great for Games!
Review: The myth that it skips when moving too quickly hasn't affected me at all. Half-Life runs flawlessly, and the extra buttons are very handy. The mouse is very light and moves smoothly on the desktop.

Summary: The best mouse on the market!
Review: This mouse is really my best hardware experience since ten years ago (when I got my first computer). Great accuracy and functions. Because it has no ball you don't have to clean it. The only thing thats bad with this mouse is that only right-handed persons can use it and you can't have small hands.

Summary: Works great
Review: My hand is stuck to a mouse for nine hours a day at work so I need a mouse that is comfortable and works well. The Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer fits the bill. I was surprised at how much I like the wheel and it is nice to have extra buttons to program for double-click. I am also looking forward to not having to clean my mouse's ball every couple of weeks.

Summary: Takes the Pain out of the Net
Review: This mouse won't be beaten when it comes to Websurfing. You can put it in your lap and do all your surfing from there in just small moves, never having to extend your arm. After 30 minutes reading on-line publications or browsing through catalogues, that's a relief. The wheel of this mouse is a fairly common feature now, but the two left side buttons can be programmed into any standard keyboard command (back page, forward, escape, etc). So, after you get used to this, you won't want to go back to the old ways. And if you find the Internet Intellimouse not suitable for regular desktop jobs and provided you used the USB port to connect it, you can always have a second, conventional mouse hooked into the PS/2 port waiting for daily work.

Summary: Best mouse I've ever used - and I've used a lot!
Review: Being a die hard Microsoft fan, I knew I just HAD to have this mouse when it came out, but little did I know just how far this little rodent would exceed my expectations! I brought it home, and after installing easy to use software, I realized that it was a tad bit bigger than my liking... or so I thought. Now standard mice seem to small, to toy-ish. I found the extra 2 buttons very useful, and although a lot of people claim they are oddly positioned, I find them very comfortable. After using them with the internet for more than a few days, I've realized just what a luxury they are - especially when I use conventional mice at school that don't have the 2 extra buttons. I am very rough on my computer, and I use it more than 6+ hours a day on weekdays, programming and such, so I needed a mouse that I wouldn't be cleaning, yet one that wouldn't slack on performance. I finally found it, and although the price is a stretch, it IS certainly worth it.. I recommend this to any right handers, and certainly to anyone that uses a computer for more than an hour a day!

Summary: Excellent mouse
Review: Good points: Nice tracking, very accurate, and doesn't need cleaning. Wheel works great. Looks cool.

Bad points: Doesn't have the rubber siding like the Intellimouse Pro, also not a good shape if you are used to picking up the mouse as part of your usual mousing operations.

Summary: Awesome mouse
Review: Makes using the net a lot easier...never gets dirty, looks cool. Worth 70 bucks.
