Summary: Mouse Trackball Underperforms
Review: Mouse is unusable; not sure whether the issue is the trackball or wireless technology. I need to replace the mouse with the something usable.Keyboard works OK, but hotkeys do not work on my PC. Customer support does not answer e-mails. The keyboard only use the PS/2 style connector. The problem may be that I am going through a PS/2 keyboard/mouse to USB hub (...USB connection back to the PC).
