Review: It turns out that this PCI card by StarTech.com has known problems. The driver didn't install properly. After it was installed, only my USB 1.1 devices worked on it. When I plugged in my USB 2.0 devices, it caused Windows to crash. When I contacted StarTech.com, they confessed that this card is known to have problems and recommended StarTech.com #PCI420USB. I will give this one a try, but if it has problems, I will not buy any more products by StarTech.com. When the new card comes I will write a review for it. Sure hope it works...
