Summary: Great value for money.
Review: Great keyboard and now with a rebate...!

Help support Logitech as well. Microsoft doesn't need any more money. Competition is good.

Summary: Navigator is the best!
Review: I have had my Navigator since 2001 and I have had absolutely no problems(safemode is oddly accessed by left crt). The keys are not quiet compared to newer models, but I don't like mushy hard to push keys(like this HP I am typing at now at the folk's house). THe Logitech Navagator makes a nice easy 'click' when pushing the keys(that I personally like, but most of you don't) the keys give little resistance and will always execute the function never do you have to "Pound" the key to get it to work as I've heard of the new Logitech Elite which I'm buying for my new PC but will probably cancel after hearing of it's terrible F-lock and stiff keys. If you do a lot of typing or are single(as not to wake up your spouse/roomate/child/angry father ect in bed) and play a lot of games this is perfect. The problem lies in the retarded display of CAP ON CAP OFF when playing games you get kicked out of the games so you must turn this display off to enjoy games(and not corrupt your files in games). I've heard logitech also promotes spyware but it can be easily disabled with Adaware or spybot.

Summary: Wonderful Keyboard
Review: I just had to let everyone know how pleased I have been with this keyboard. When my Compaq keyboard went out I panicked! I knew I needed a keyboard asap, but I knew I had wanted one that was quiet as well. So I went to the local Fry's to try some out. I was trying out the so-called "quiet" keyboards and they just didn't seem too quiet. They were also very pricey. So I decided to check on some of the cheaper models for now, and then I figured I could upgrade later. I saw this keyboard and was amazed. It is so quiet and so comfortable, which is such a big plus because I am typing all day every day. I have never had a better keyboard, and I can't believe it is such a great deal! I would have paid the price just to have the keyboard, but all the additional quick keys are great! I can access my email, my volume, favorites, music, and messenger services with one touch. The scrolling button is VERY neat! I won't have any need to upgrade this keyboard, it is a dream. I recommend this keyboard to everyone!

Summary: Full featured--great value!
Review: I originally recommended this keyboard as a replacement for a friend who spilled a glass of water in her old keyboard. When I installed it and configured it for her (on her Mac running OS X 10.2) I loved it so much I went out and got one for myself. This keyboard has a nice "touch" to it--the keys aren't sticky or too loud. The scroll wheel is a nice touch as well. (For some reason in Windows 2000 it would only scroll downward, even with the proper drivers installed. Once I upgraded to XP that problem went away.) The buttons are highly customizable and can really speed up your work if you configure them for your needs.

Summary: Very Nice!
Review: I use a Dell Quiet Key at work, and then I would come home and use a cheap, loud, flimsy keyboard at home. I hated it! So I was pretty sure that this keyboard would be an improvement at the least, if not quite up to par with the Dell.

What a pleasant surprise! This keyboard is head and shoulders above any I've ever used, including the Dell. I LOVE the extra features such as the media control buttons and the internet function keys. I didn't think I would use them at all, but I use them all the time. Who would've thought a keyboard would improve my surfing experience?

I would recommend this to anyone with confidence.

Summary: Standard keys don't work in standard fashion
Review: It's great if a keyboard adds value by providing additional features and capabilities, but it is totally unacceptable to do so at the cost of making it incompatible with standard keyboards. The fact that you have to hit the F-Lock key every time you want standard keys to behave in the standard fashion is 100% unacceptable. I cannot imagine any experienced computer users finding this desirable. (On the other hand, if you never learned to use the keyboard shortcuts, I suppose it doesn't matter.) Logitech, add all the keys you want--but ensure that the function keys (including alt+ and ctrl+ function keys) work by default the way they are supposed to. (Logitech claims you can modify your configuration to make it behave in a standard fashion, but this doesn't apply to any of the alt+ or ctrl+ function keys. Additionally, the default should be to behave in the standard fashion in the first place.)

Summary: Cool keyboard
Review: Ok, I wanted a new keyboard to replace mine on my HP Pavilion. So, I did research and I at first wanted the Elite model of the keyboard, but it was close to $... dollars. I saw this one on sale at Staples for $..., and I bought it. I like this one because there are only a few differences between them both...for one is the color. The volume is a little more digital than the elite model. Other than that, this one is the same exact one. I took it home and it works so good on Windows XP, where I had a hard time finding converters to get my old keyboard to work on Windows XP. Not only that, but it is comfortable to type on my Logitech keyboard. I am never buying Microsoft keyboards again. Logitech is my choice on keyboards.

Summary: Goodbye Microsoft/ Hello Logitech
Review: quiet, less fatigue with all the little gadgets you would likely never use but if there is any "techie" in you, you will love this keyboard....Has some neat features I have never seen on a keyboard and after several hours of working with the unit, I do not feel the strain and pain in my wrists and hands......

Summary: Where have you been all my life
Review: Since I build PC's as a hobby I have run into so many types of keyboards that I often times wonder why I have yet to get one of these multi purpose models. Previously I made do with a basic Dell Quietkey that was ok cept for the defective spacebar. Yet I decided to try a better keyboard when I saw this model advertised on TechTV. Similar to the Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard both offer multi colored layouts with programmable hotkeys for Internet Tools, Search Buttons, Webcam and Audio Controls. The Logitech Keyboard however offers a scroll wheel that gives you extra control to navigate web pages and other long forms with ease.

The Hotkeys are easily programmed and work seamlessly with my KVM switch; this is a great feature since I use both Windows XP and Win2000. The keystrokes are smooth, offering a light quiet touch to ease typing. The Keyboard come with a USB connector but Logitech includes a color keyed PS/2 adaptor that work very well if you want to use a more traditional 6 pin connector. The feature I enjoy most are the audio controls that allow you to pick any multimedia player from Winamp to Windows Media Player and control the volume as well as pause or jump to another song. This feature comes in handy when you have a hundred or more MP3's you want to listen to without having to switch between apps. Overall a good buy from a great company. They also make a black model but that one is a bit more pricey.
