Summary: SUPERRRRRRRRR
Review: I have a Pentium III 866MHZ computer that originally came with 128 MB RAM. After installing 2 DIMMS of 256 MB (total of 512 MB) I can now actually feel that my computer is a Pentium III. It has become so much more faster. Perviously I felt as if I was using a Pentium 1 or something like that. But yea, in short... great deal !!! The same memory in stores like best buy comes for $100 a piece, $43 is simply a steal !

Summary: Can work wonders in older machines
Review: I have an antique Compaq Presario 4850 pentium III 300 with Windows 98 that I use for Web surfing. It came "Loaded" with 48MB of very expensive memory. When I looked up the recommended memory for my system I find it is still very expensive (PC66) but this PC133 memory is 50% less. My owner's manual said that my machine could use up to 384MB so I ordered this 256MB. WOW it is like a new computer, ten Explorer windows open and still instant switching between them plus, a little better speed from my wireless network. However I did find out that on my old machine each of the 3 memory slots can only access 128MB. So even though this is a 256MB board my Compaq can only use 128MB, it does work but I could have saved a few more dollars and ordered the 128MB memory.

Summary: Speed up our system
Review: I have purchased Centon, PNY and several other brands of memory for several machines. I haven't had any problems with PNY brand memory. I installed this module in a E-machines T1220 1.2 GHz Celeron system that came with only 128 MB of memory. You certainly notice a difference when running certain programs with the additional memory. You should also change the size of your pagefile after changing your ram size. If you don't like to mess with rebates this is a good price with free shipping. If you don't mind rebates you can find it slightly less expensive with coupons and rebates at one of the 3 big office stores.

Summary: Easy Installation, THE EASYIST!!!!
Review: I have purchased many, memory upgrades. There is nothing worse than buying memory, getting it, installing it only to boot up your computer and get that annoying beep that tells you that you have incompatible memory. You might also boot up and not even find the new memory size. Well put all that aside with this memory from "PNY". Line up the notches, slide it in, clip in the locking clips, boot up and presto, you now upgraded your system. Excellent!

Summary: Great memory
Review: I purchased this memory to double my computer's memmory and its great just opened my computer pluged it in and it was ready so easy to install and it will greatly increase your computing speed during such applications as video games but you need a computer from at least 2000 and its not compatible with PC100

Summary: My Dell Dimension 4300 got 100% quicker from 128m to 512m
Review: I went from 128 megs to 512 megs on my Dimension 4300 (the max) and I noticed an 100% speed increase, and I dare say even faster than that. The improvement prob wouldn't be as great going from 128 to 256 or 256 to 512. Instead of taking around 6.5 minutes to boot XP, now it takes 2.5. Good show!

Summary: This memory is less for a reason.
Review: If you get this memory, be warned: your computer will crash more often. This is not top quality memory, and if you run a lot of memory intensive apps you will probably run into trouble. I would recommend this only for people who want more memory for games or other unimportant things, and who don't mind restarting every now and then.

Summary: Didn'y initially work
Review: Installed into Dell Optiplex GX150, originally had one 256Meg DIMM. Installed the PNY DIMM in the empty slot, and turned on computer - nothing happened, and it wouldn't boot. Removed PNY DIMM, and turned on computer, everything was fine. I then removed the DIMM that came with the Dell, and installed the PNY in that slot, and the original in the previously empty slot. Turned on computer, everything works fine now. Kinda weird, not sure why it behaved like that. Also, when in the second slot where it didn't work, noticed after I removed it that it was very warm on one side. Anyway, it works well now, but beware, it is fussy about which slot it goes into.

Summary: Great!
Review: The hardest part was taking it out of the packaging! After taking it out just put it into your mainboard and secure it. then boot up the computer. Mine instantly recognized it. My computer is able to handle processes a lot better with all the programs I try to run at once. Great product!
