The RCA RP5007 digital voice recorder combines voice-activated convenience with a capacity of 96 minutes. A removable 4 MB SmartMedia memory card comes with the recorder. This model also features a date/time stamp and backlit LCD screen. You can program the recorder for conference conditions, when the sound source is at a distance, or for dictation mode, when the sound source is nearby. Record with the built-in microphone or with an external microphone and listen back through the built-in speaker or optional earphones. Controls include play, stop, search, record, pause, and erase. You can also search forward and backward for important messages. This recorder runs on two AAA batteries, which are included. It has a one-year warranty.
