Summary: BEST RAM OUT THERE
Review: Dont be fooled by other ram like pny. Dont make the mistake i did. Although the Viking 256 800mhz ram is a bit pricey, i guarantee it will last a lifetime. This is one of the best rams i ever tried and am so far impressed by it. One suggestion in buying ram, name brands such as Viking and Kingston are the best.

Summary: avoid RDRAM like the plauge!
Review: sure, Viking may be a great company, but that dosn't mean this RAM is, and thats not vikings fault, RDRAM is the slowest RAM currently being produced known to man. people claim its better, but thats because they have bought into the hype, look at benchmarks, its slower than your run-of-the-mill PC-100 SDRAM this memory will cripple your syste, if you have a system using RDRAM, get did of it, if you have a P4 that currently only works with RDRAM get rid of it, buy a p4 again if you like when intell moves it to a .13 micron process, and trey to get a p4 that uses SD or DDR RAM (that should be around Q4 2001 or Q1 2002) DDR RAM isn't much faster than SDRAM right now, but with the P4's 400mhz FSB the two should work together, but it might not, we'll have to find out.
