Summary: Excellent value for the price
Review: Have been using this card with my Fuji digital camera for over an year and have no problem with it at all. The huge storage was a plus as I was able to easily store over couple hundred of 2-megapixel images without a sweat (JPEG compressed). The size is very compact comparing to other digital media storages. I am thinking of getting a couple more myself so I wouldn't have to worry about running out of space for my next big trip.

Summary: How many pictures will it store?
Review: How many pictures will it store? It is the most commonly asked question from digital camera enthusiast but usually the question that is the most difficult to get a straight answer about. Well, considering I worked in the memory industry for over 7 years I can help clarify this perplexing question and do so unbiased as I have since changed industries.

The SanDisk 128MB SmartMedia Card, like most 128MB cards, will store on average 142 pictures when used with a 2 megapixel camera, 106 images when used with a 3 megapixel camera, 64 pictures when used with a 4 megapixel camera, 51 images when used with a 5 megapixel camera, and 40 pictures when used with a 6 megapixel camera. These numbers are based off the assumption that you are going to shoot your images at the highest quality JPEG setting available for the camera and understand that they are estimates and may be off by as much as 10 percent due to numerous factors including the complexity of the scene being shot and the compression algorithm used by your specific camera.

I truly hope this review was helpful to you in determining whether this card is the right capacity for your specific needs.

Summary: Lots of memory for the Price....
Review: I bought this for my Nomad II. I was getting tired of the tiny 32mb flash card I had, so I finally upgraded. I just recently started downloading songs to the nomad and so far I have only used 2/3 of the memory. This is definitely the right amount of memory at the right price.

Summary: Great Price on a Lot of Memory
Review: I gather reading the other reviews that some people have been unhappy with this card. I have used it in an Olympus C2100 and C700 without incident. I purchased one about 50% more than the current price and consider it a good investment. However, being prudent, I upload images when a session is completed.

Summary: Incredibly portable storage
Review: I got one of these in anticipation of getting a Memplug SM module for my Visor Platinum. In the meantime, I'm using it to shuttle files back and forth between my home and work computers via a SanDisk ImageMate SM reader (SDDR 55-01). I used to do this with a Zip disk, but this is just such a more compact solution. The small size makes me a little paranoid about losing the card or the reader though. Read and write speed is reasonably fast. I like it so much I'm going to have to get a second SM card once I get that Memplug.

Summary: Works great with Olympus C3000
Review: I had purchased an 128MB Olympus card (at premium price) along with my Olympus C3000 camera. But recently, I got a deal so good (at Costco), I could not pass up the opportunity to get another card.

This SanDisk product worked as expected, no problems storing, downloading, etc. Only drawback is that the "panorama" feature of the camera does not work with this memory card (but that is why I paid the higher price for the Olympus card).

Now, I have enough memory not to worry about running out during a week-long trip.

Review: I have an Olympus digital camera, was thinking about on purchasing an Olympus Card, but, why? Just to able to take "panoramic" photos? So, for the price, I choose the SanDisk, a to my surprise, the card is just great, had no problems since I bought it (2 months ago) and had been using it over and over.
