Summary: Mac compatibility
Review: I bought this adaptor for use with my PowerBook G3, It works great. The Smartmedia shows up on the desktop as a PC drive. Just remember to insert the SmartMedia gold contacts up, which seems wrong. I had to call tech support to learn the right way. Nothing will show up on the desktop unless inserted correctly !

Summary: Great product
Review: I bought this card to use with my Powerbook G3 (Bronze) and it is great. There are no drivers to be installed -- just put it in and it works. When inserted into the adapter, the SmartMedia card shows up on the desktop as a PC hard drive. The pictures can be manipulated like any other file, and can easily be put in the trash to delete them (instead of using the camera software -- I have an Olympus C-2000).

Summary: PC Card Adapter by Delkin
Review: I purchased a smartmedia card adapter for use with my laptop about 3 months ago. The adapter functioned well for the first couple of months, however, without warning the adapter failed. My computer does not even know that the card has been inserted. Needless to say that I was very disappointed at the short life span of the adapter. I would strongly recommend a different brand adapter if you need one for your smartmedia card.

Summary: Works well!
Review: I use this with my PowerBook G3 (bronze) and it works great. Saves lots of time downloading pictures. Easy to use. When inserted, it acts just like a hard drive, or an inserted floppy disk.

Summary: The PCMCIA Smart Media Adapter is an EXCELENT Time Saver
Review: If you own a digital camera The PCMCIA Smart Media Adapter is one of the best investments you can make. This little device will save you hours of time when you go to down load your photos. By the time you find your conector cable and get it hooked up you can have a 32 MB Smart Media Card full of photos down loaded to your computer and be back out on the beach or ball feild taking more photos. This compact device not only saves time, it will also save you money on battery purchases. No more extended periods of time that you camera has to be on while your pics are slowly flowing though the cable. The only regret I have is that I purchased my PCMCIA adapter directly from the manufacturer's website and I paid over $100.00 more for the same type product. (Feels like I got Ripped Off) From now on I will always get my digital needs from AMAZON.COM

Summary: Easy to use, compact size to download your pics.
Review: This is one great card to download your pictures instead of using the troublesome serial connector that came with the camera.

Recommendation: strong buy
