Review: A visit to SanDisk's web site confirms that the 6-in-1 PC Card adapter is for SD/MMC/SmartMedia/Memory Stick/Memory Stick Pro/xD. It will not work with Compact Flash as mentioned in the short description. SanDisk has two other products available on Amazon for use with Compact Flash cards.

Summary: An Excellent Product!
Review: At first I thought that this adapter wasn't being recognized by my 3 year old Compaq 2700T laptop when I first inserted it, and then I discovered that it becomes recongized when you insert any one of the 6 media card types into it. When I put a Secure Digital card into it the adapter and the card's 'contents' were immediately recognized. All pictures on the card were successfully downloaded to the hard drive. I have not tried any of the other media card types yet, but I have no reason to believe that they shouldn't behave just as well as the Secure Digital card. This was a GREAT choice I made! This gives me one more option for making sure that I am able to download and store my digital pictures. Buy it if you have a notebook PC and need an 'extra' option for downloading 'your' digital pics. Also, I would not get it unless you have 2 or more varieties of media cards. This does not allow for downloading the Compact Flash variety of media card however. For that, there is another adapter product by SanDisk for the Compact Flash variety.
