Review: Couldn't get this card to work in my Nikon Coolpix 880.
Don't now if it's a fluke with just the one card I got, a general problem with this card, or a problem with the CP880.
In any case, I returned my card. BTW: A Viking 128MB card I bought a year ago works perfect.

Review: I just purchased the Canon s40 digital camera and I purchased the 256 mb compact flash card from Viking. The card went into the camera smoothly and the number of pictures I can take on the highest level is amazing. I have owned Viking smart media cards for my other camera, and they have always performed well.I am pleased with their product line, and I will purchase from them again.

Review: Bought this for my S404 Dimage and it works great! I bought Viking instead of the other brands because the review from Steve's digicam's site said that it has fast read and write speed, and it also has good review from Amazon buyers.

Review: The number of images you can store depends on the capacity of your card and has nothing to do with the brand. Other brands' 256mb cards will store the same amount. Difference is in speed and reliability. No noticeable speed up but reliability-wise, so far so good.

Review: I've been using this card with Minolta Dimage 7i for a few weeks. It's completely worry-free card. It works properly, fast and doesn't create any problems at all. It has room for over 100 5M pictures (low jpg compression), so it will be probably enough for the most events. Plus Amazon has a very nice memory finder wizard so you can make sure it is compatible with your camera. And price is also great comparing to the other brands. Solid 5 stars.

Review: I bought, stuck it in my Canon S-200 and then formatted it. It went from 256mb to 16 mb. I couldn't get it to work properly with my camera so I had to return it. What a waste of time.

Review: I purchased the 256 Meg card through Amazon for less than [price] because the 64 Meg card I bought from Radio Shack for [price] wasn't really enough memory for my purpose (lots of high quality pictures with a higher-end digital camera). The math? The Viking 256 Meg card is about .39 cents per Meg. The one I picked up at Radio Shack computes out at .78 cents. Twice the price got me four times the memory. I have instantly become a fan of these incredibly easy, incredibly small and light pieces of technology.
