Summary: Viking 128MB SmartMedia card no good
Review: I purchased the Viking 128MB SmartMedia card for my husband for Christmas because there seemed to be so many good reviews about the card. He has an Olympus Camedia 3030L camera and it would not read the card, nor would our Sandisk card reader. I tried to contact Viking over the phone and had no luck. Both toll free numbers are always busy and the other number tells you to call back during business hours (except it is!!) and allows you to leave a message to which no one has responded. It's only been a few days since I've tried to get in touch with Viking, however, I ended up sending the card back to Amazon for a refund since it has been almost 30 days and I didn't want to be stuck with the card if Viking couldn't help.

Review: I use this in a Zoom MRS-4 digital 4-track recorder. I just put it in the slot, formatted it, and it's worked perfectly for the two months I've been using it.

Can't ask for much more than that!

Review: Viking Memory has been known for reliable PC memory manufacturer for at least a decade and so far i have no complaint about their products. Got this SM 4 years ago and it is still working fine. Best bang for the buck.

Summary: As Good A Card As Any I've Used
Review: This makes my fourth 128MB SmartMedia card. I use them with my Olympus C-4000 digital camera. Actually, I can't really have too many of these and hope to buy more of them before they become scarce (because they may you know). I have never had an issue with the SmartMedia card format. Anyway, this particular card is a good one.

Summary: SKETCHY SUPPORT -- GOOD RETURN POLICY
Review: I bought one of these, and it worked great, until I managed to reformat it so it was unusable in my MP3 player.

Tech support wasn't particularly helpful in restoring the card to its original condition. Just when I was about to give up, they sent me a return authorization. Not only did they replace the card for free, but they sent it to me by FEDERAL EXPRESS!

I really can't complain when a company offers to replace an item that I SCREWED UP for the cost of return shipping. Thanks Viking!
