Summary: Just what I needed
Review: When the computer people at Staples told me that I couldn't use the memory their little guide told me to use, I nearly gave up hope of being able to upgrade my old, out of date system. However, something didn't quite sit well with their explaination, and I decided to check here. The memory check system was simple to use and I quickly determined which memory to use. When it finally came, it was easy to install and worked like a charm. My complaint, however, is in the length of time it took to recieve the memory. Originally, the availability was 24-48 hours, which quickly changed to 1-2 weeks after Amazon determined that they didn't actually have any on hand (at least that's my guess). Then that 1-2 weeks came and went and they told me that it'd be another 1-2 weeks. Still, gotta admit, it did the job, once I got it. Kudos to Amazon and Viking on the memory guide, mucho easy to use.
