Review: I purchased Viking C78128 128 MB SDRAM DIMM Memory for Compaq Products, and when I installed it on my Compaq Presario 1255, it did not work. The memory fit perfectly, but Windows 98 did not recognize it. When I asked for technical help from Viking, I received an email saying that they would get back to me in 24 hours. That was five days ago, and I still have not heard back from them. Let my experience be a warning to future buyers. The sellers of my memory from this website have not stood behind their product, and I am out the money that I paid. I have ordered many products from the Internet in the past, though not through this website, and I have never had service that was this poor.
