Summary: Works for Intel 845 chipset motherboard
Review: My computer is Sony Vaio P-4 1.6GHz (PCV-RX551). This RAM works fine with my vaio. I followed the step the previous review suggested to move this RAM into DIMM1 and move the original one to DIMM2. No conflict at all. I was troubled by finding the right memory for my vaio at first time. I did lots of homework and using Kingston, SimpleTech, Egde, Viking Components, these companies' memory configure helper, but their suggestion either couldn't be found in the market or twice the price as this RAM. I check if this RAM is also for Compaq EVO D300v or not. The reslut is positive.

Summary: got one with Infineon chips
Review: this is a hot deal.

pc133 memory is backward compatible, you can use it as pc100 or even pc66. if your old pc has problem with it, that's your old pc's problem, not the new memory's problem.

Summary: Nothing but the Best
Review: Viking's PC133 RAM (RAM stands for Random Access Memory) continues to improve system performance everywhere I install it. It is a low profile chip which makes fitting in a small place possible.

Many systems have other pieces of hardware above the memory sockets, this makes for extreme difficulty seating the chip without removing other things within the computer. Some computers do not have the necessary clearance between the motherboard and other pieces of hardware, therefore making it impossible to install the chip. By having only "one story" of chips on the RAM board, it is almost guaranteed that there will be space to fit it in.

PC133 means that the chip operates at a bus speed of 133 megahertz, and it is backward compatible. Being backwards compatible, you can use this chip in a system with a 100 megahertz speed bus, or even slower.
