Summary: Works in a HP Laser Jet 2100TN
Review: I guess you get what you pay for. A great price but it does not work in a Laserjet 1100. I wouldn't believe the other reviews. I got an "Incompatible DIMM" message. Installed memory several times and even reinstalled printer driver. Don't waste your time or money.

Summary: Incompatible with HP 1100se
Review: I unplugged my printer and inserted the DIMM per HP's instructions that came with the printer. I plugged the power cord back in and I was greeted with 3 steady lights. I looked up the code in my manual which is FATAL ERROR.Now I have to return the DIMM. This is *not* the same as the HP C4137A DIMM module that HP specifies. (1 Star is being generous!)

Summary: Viking's H4137 worked well as an alternative to HP's C4137A
Review: Recently purchased an HP LaserJet 2100 and soon realized I needed more memory due to graphically intense publications. Picked up Viking's H4137 a 16MB EDO DIMM, installed it as per HP's instructions, turned on printer... it worked perfectly! Highly recommend this product as an inexpensive memory alternative.

Review: This memory works properly in my HP Laser Jet 2100TN. The price is excellent, and going from 8 MB 40MB massively speeds the printing of large .pdf files.

Summary: Not Compatible
Review: This product, which is billed as compatible with HP Part #4137A, should be compatible with the Laserjet 1100 series printer as well. However, to my dismay, it locked up the printer every time it was installed -- and yes, it was installed properly.

Review: Worked right away after putting the chip right in. Very simple and easy! Printing is much quicker!
