Summary: Great choice if you're looking for a high-end portable!
Review: I bought this to use at school to replace an old "cheapie" one that broke down after only a couple of years. Not wanting to make the same mistake twice, this time I looked for quality as well as value. It's simple to use, has great sound, is easy to carry around and doesn't take up much space on my desk. I couldn't ask for a better model to play my Spanish and French CD's and tapes on!

Review: I just purchased this Sony Boom Box, and it is great! It is a handsome design, but more importantly the sound is terrific. I am pleased in every way. I am seriously considering ordering an additional unit for elsewhere in the house.

Summary: Quality Sound
Review: Prefer this boom box to my Bose radio. Has a convenient remote and doubles as a clock radio with a sleep control. Like particularly the extended bass and the other five tone settings. Controls are up front and is CD front load with the tape on top. Although a chunky box, the design diminishes its thick look. Really worth the money.
