Review: alright people the geforce 4 ti 4600 128 mb ddr memory is a great card. the only card that can beat it is the radeon 9700 which was just realised and is way more expensive since this card is on sale. it will not be out of date for some time. and as to the guy who said make sure u have plenty of room around ur pci slot do not listen to this. he either does not know what he was talking about or posted on the wrong card. this is an AGP video card NOT PCI! u can get a pci but this is agp and agp delivers faster more powerful performance then pci ever will or can. this card has amazing benchmarks and as long as u have around a 1 ghz processor and 250 watt powersupply if ur thinking of upgrading ur computer but dont' know what to get. get this video card. the performance gain from a 1 ghz cpu to a 2ghz is not as much as u think or would like. its will not net u half the performance gain this card will give u. want high powered video editing,gaming ,or graphics in general this is the card for u. i highly recommend it if u have the money to spend on it. a good video card will get u the most performance gain out of any thing u can upgrade if u have at least a 1ghz cpu.

Review: I am a avid gamer and I play alot I used to have a GeForce 2 and I was starting to notice with the newer games that my computer was lagging alot! Since I bought the GeForce 4 My computer hasn't lagged at all! And the performance is great! Crystal Clear!! I strongly reccomend this! It is also a great holiday gift for your little gamer!

Review: I bought this card for many reasons, but mainly because the customer service is wonderful. The card is made in the USA, and it isn't produced by some third-world country no one has ever heard of before! You get a very high quality product with excellent QC procedures. I've bought and recommended these to clients many times now, and not one has had problems. On the contrary, I have bought non-VisionTek GeForce4 cards and have friends who have that are trash right out of the box.If you want a high quality sure bet, buy one of these cards! It will work flawlessly, and even if you do have to call support at least they will speak clear English and will be prompt and professional. I highly recommend this card! Don't be fooled with junk manufacturers selling clones of GeForce4 chipset video cards. Get the real deal with this one, and you will not regret it.

Summary: Excellent Video Card
Review: I first came into the market looking for a better video card for my Dell Dimension 8100 computer because the original nVIDIA TNT2 m64 video card that the system came with could not properly display the 3D screensavers of WindowsXP Plus!, and I have to say that this new nVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4600 128MB card is the best choice on the market if you are willing to spend a little extra. I used the MadOnion 3DMark2001 to test just how good the new card is and I couldn't believe the score. Compare to my old video card which only scored 905 points, this new card scored 7625 points, which is higher than any other video card out there, including the ATI Radeon 8500 128MB. Many of the industry's leading computer company use this test to test their systems and I am glad that finally my system is among the best due to my new video card. The installation couldn't be easier, I had the new card up and running in less than 5 min. Finally, this video card has features that even the best games out there can't yet fully utilize, so I won't be worried about my new card being out-dated anytime soon, so I love it!

Review: I got this card the day after it came out(one day shipping from Amazon). All I can say is...wow. I just upgraded from a Gateway 400mhz P2 processor with a Voodoo Banshee card, to my custom PC. I run this card with a P4 2.0 processor, 1GB of memory and this video card which was the final component. It runs games that made my old PC crash. Every game I have thrown at it runs perfectly. The graphics are better than any I have ever seen, it actually looks like those pictures on the game boxes! I never thought Half-Life could look so good. Basically, if you have the dough to shell out, and you do alot of gaming and or video editing, there is no substitute. Not to mention they don't even make games yet that utilize it's full potential, so it will not be out of date for some time!

Summary: Help on Upgrading!
Review: I have a top of the line GeForce 3 and am considering upgrading to GF4. I get a good framerate of 35 or so playing Nascar 4 with graphics set on max, but only about 7 fps if i cause a big pileup. Anyone who has Nascar 4, i would like some feedback on the framerates your are getting w/ GF4. At nearly $400, is it worth upgrading from a GF3?

Summary: Visiontek changed the fan to a blue orb??
Review: I love the card... stable at overclocked speeds! however, the card came with a blue orb fan instead of the reference standard fan seen in all of the reviews out there... Anyone else receive their card like that? I called Visiontek and they stated that they did switch the fan, but I can't possibly be the only one with it, and wanted peace of mind. I can't seem to find any information on the fan switch at any website! If anyone has comments, please email me...
