Summary: Buggy on WinME
Review: Installing OpenGL while using this card will have text in Notepad not update right--text that's selected and then unselected will still appear as selected; when scrolling, new text will be written directly over the old without erasing the old, making the text unreadable. When using this card and visiting certain web sites with Internet Explorer 4-6, such as cato.org, the computer will consistently freeze. I only give it 3 stars because some other video cards are much worse--one doesn't lose much by not installing OpenGL, and the web sites which make the computer freeze are few.
