Summary: Good card...
Review: I ordered this card and had nothing but lockups. Apparently, there are tons problems with socket7 motherboards with the ALI chipset and any of the TNT2 based video cards. Check your motherboard before ordering this card.

Summary: Great card unless you're using a socket7 MB

Summary: Better than any Voodoo card out there!
Review: This card can take on the ultimute tests that I could put on it. On demos that normally make a system (433 Mhz P3) crawl, I was listing to Eminem and Red Hot Chili Peppers with RealJukebox 2 at the same time. Now thats amazing! I run the the same test on my friends Voodoo5 (w/ 450 P3) and it died with the demo alone. This is one of the best cards out there!

Summary: It isn't the latest or greatest anymore, BUT...
Review: This card is based on the TNT2 ultra line and has a good track record with reliability and performance. The new GeForce and Voodoo5's out there SMOKE this card, no questions about it. BUT it still is the best out there from the last generation of video cards. 32 bit color is supported quite well and my monitor kept steady with resolutions beyond 800x600. Performance seems just fine with the Xentor and unless you really want the T&L (not really supported yet) from the GeForce or the anti-aliasing (better have the best monitor) of the Voodoo5, this card is the best of the TNT2's on the market. Remember, this is technology we're talking about here. These cards were over $200 not too long ago, until the next generation of cards came along. Likewise, for those who balk at the $300 price tag of the newest cards, wait a few months and it will be "obsolete". Find out what you need and that should be enough.

Summary: Good card...
Review: This is an exceptional card. It may not be as intensive as the voodoo5 or geforce cards, but it is top of the line.

I would, however, suggest that you use the nVidia reference (detonator) drivers in place of the default Guillemot drivers (the Guillemot drivers are really old and you'll find you get frequent locks in D3D with them).

Summary: Is this card really better than the voodoo 5?
Review: Well, is it? And if it is, then why does the voodoo cost twice as much and have more than one review? Because more people bought it because it is better. This card only supports 16 bit colour in a world that has come to love 32 bit.

Summary: Great Price for a Great Product.
Review: Wow what a great deal for a 32megabyte graphics processor. I reccomend it because it is #1 in PC WORLD for at least 2 months in a row. Get this awesume graphics card before it is too late.
