Rating: Summary: O.K. card for the everyday user, gamers beware... Review: I bought this card thinking that I would be able to run most of my games seamlessly without any choppiness in the highest graphics settings, boy was I wrong. Most, if not all of my games(MOA, C&C Generals, Raven Shield) are unbearable in the highest detail settings. Raven Shield is unplayable due to the graphic distortion and the choppiness, even thought ATI is the featured manufacturer. If you want a good card I suggest getting something with at least 128 MB DDR and a speedy processor. The 7000 is too slow and has too little memory to support the system hogs. The reason I give the 7000 3 stars out of 5 is that there was a substantial performance difference between my integrated Pro Savage 32MB SDRAM and the installation of the 7000, and it is a stable card with few problems. (AMD 1600+, 640 PC2100 DDR RAM).

Rating: Summary: ATI needs to be more considerate Review: I purchased the Radeon 7000 and found that it was not supported by Madden 2003, so I went to replace it with one that was and found out that the ATI software was everywhere on my hard drive. ATI makes it impossible to remove the programs. I ended up having to format the whole hard drive!! I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Rating: Summary: great card Review: This card has to be the bast purchase I've ever made! The grapghics are great, it's DirectX supported (a biggie) and is far superior to most cards of the same price. The reviewer who says it doesn't work obviously knows nothing about computers to know well enough whether his motherboard will work with the card. If he bought the AGP card, maybe he should try the PCI. Anyway, this is a great video card from a great company for a great price. BUY IT!
Rating: Summary: great card Review: This card is completely incompatible with Emachines' Tri-Gem Motherboards. I uninstalled all of my previous video drivers because that is what ATI told me to do when I unsuccessfully installed their card. Their automated Tech Support is useless and their phone support costs [$$$] a minute! I finally talked to Emachines' tech support and they told me that it would never work with my PC. I told them it was a good thing Circuit City has a No-Hassle 14 day return policy. I give this card 1 star because I can't give it any less than that.

Rating: Summary: I've had absolutely no problems with this card... Review: This card runs great on my HP pavilon 8776c. I recently pruchased the widescreen 17" Sony hi-res entertainment display, and the ATI Radeon 7000 (64mb) has had no problems making this moniter look beautiful.
