Description:
The Saitek P120 is a no-frills, no-nonsense game controller. Its sturdy design can take a beating and still perform time and time again. With four buttons, two triggers, and a comfy directional pad, the Saitek P120 is pleasantly ergonomic, with all of the buttons placed in easy reach. One particularly nice touch is the P120's removable directional pad extension, which acts as a mini-joystick, making controlling the directional pad that much easier. Button response is quick, and the directional pad has perfect resistance. You'd be hard-pressed to find a comparable gamepad at this price. Connecting to the 15-pin gameport plug, the Saitek P120 doesn't support USB. It doesn't include drivers, either, so installing the gamepad consists of manually configuring it using the Windows Control Panel. Once it's calibrated, it's ready to go. There are no game profiles or special configuration options here. Still, that doesn't detract from the Saitek P120's main ability--a durable grip and responsive control. This gamepad is sure to make your gaming life a little easier and more comfortable at a price that's sure to bring a smile to budget-minded gamers. --Dan Simpson Pros: - Sturdy construction
